Marketing & Communications Manager

Job Summary

To support the NC ROOTS initiative, the full-time Marketing & Communications Manager will design and execute a comprehensive communications strategy, ensuring culturally responsive messaging and engagement across diverse stakeholders while working remotely within North Carolina.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a regional communications and engagement strategy aligned with NC ROOTS goals
• Design and execute community-facing campaigns to enhance awareness and participation in NC ROOTS initiatives
• Lead internal communications to ensure alignment across Hub leadership and regional teams

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Health, or a related field with three years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with one year of experience
• Valid driver's license
• Residency within North Carolina
