Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist, National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage production for the M3P CMS program for Medicare beneficiaries, overseeing project timelines and tasks
• Act as the subject matter expert, coordinating with cross-department teams and ensuring quality assurance throughout the process
• Support system enhancements in Workfront and collaborate with teams to identify process improvements for program effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational and communication experience
• 1+ years of Workfront experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
