Job Summary

To elevate brand awareness and drive business growth, the full-time Marketing Communications Specialist will plan, execute, and manage content creation and marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and member engagement
  • Develop and manage high-quality content, including social media posts, newsletters, and website copy, to support ATI's thought leadership
  • Oversee ATI's social media strategy, including content calendar development, engagement monitoring, and performance analysis
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of successful campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to brand voice consistency
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing and analytics
  • Experience with marketing automation software such as Pardot, MailChimp, or Constant Contact
