Job Summary
Managing corporate communications and enhancing patient experience, the full-time Marketing Communications and Experience Specialist will develop and edit print and digital media, collaborate with teams on marketing initiatives, and deliver training to support patient experience across all Clinic locations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the intake and development of corporate communications, including newsletters, press releases, and patient education materials
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visual communication and training materials
- Review patient comments and trends, providing follow-up and training to improve patient experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, English, journalism, business, political science, or a related field
- Minimum five years of professional writing, communications, and/or editing experience preferred
- Highly proficient in content marketing, copyediting, and writing for various platforms
- Experience in delivering public speaking and training sessions
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, and content management systems
