Job Summary

To support a temporary leave, the part-time Marketing Communications Specialist will manage the publishing and maintenance of external website content while contributing to a significant content cleanup project remotely, preferably from the east coast and aligned with the EST time zone.

Key responsibilities
  • Publish and maintain content on the external website and intranet using Adobe Experience Manager
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and editors to create pages that adhere to established design and brand guidelines
  • Conduct ongoing audits of site and intranet health, addressing metadata accuracy, broken links, and outdated pages
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or HS Diploma/GED with significant practical experience (2-3+ years) in enterprise content management
  • Hands-on experience with web content management systems
  • Familiarity with web and metadata standards such as Schema.org and Google Core Web Vitals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication skills for managing content requests and stakeholder updates
