Job Summary

To build and nurture communities that enhance trust in 9amHealth, the full-time Marketing Community Manager will create engaging online and offline spaces, manage social media content, and plan events, all while operating in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage 9amHealth's member community, fostering connections and engagement
• Own social media presence by developing content strategies and monitoring performance across platforms
• Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to deepen community engagement and showcase 9amHealth's value

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in community management, social media, or a related marketing role
• Proven ability to build and grow engaged online communities
• Experience planning and executing events, both virtual and in-person
• Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt voice for different audiences
• Data-driven approach to community and social media management
