Marketing Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Review team, the contract Marketing Compliance Analyst will review and approve marketing and advertising materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, working remotely on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing materials across various channels to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal standards
• Audit partner-submitted marketing materials using compliance frameworks and provide actionable feedback
• Monitor partner marketing activities and manage a high-volume pipeline while adhering to defined SLAs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing compliance within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking regulations related to marketing and advertising
• Experience in reviewing and approving marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
