Marketing Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Compliance Review team, the contract Marketing Compliance Analyst will review and approve marketing materials to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies while working remotely in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing and advertising materials for compliance with banking regulations and internal standards
• Audit partner-submitted marketing materials using compliance frameworks and provide actionable feedback
• Monitor partner marketing activities across various channels to ensure proper approvals and compliance documentation updates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing compliance within banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking regulations related to marketing and advertising
• Experience in reviewing and approving marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
