Marketing Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Manager I- Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the bank's marketing compliance program and review marketing materials and campaigns
• Serve as the subject matter expert in marketing regulatory compliance and provide guidance to various stakeholders
• Manage and mentor the Marketing Compliance team while resolving complex compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance for a bank or FinTech company
• Prior management and leadership experience required
• CRCM certification or specialized compliance training is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of regulatory advertising rules
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
