A company is looking for a Marketing Consultant to join their Global Talent Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and candidate conversion
• Create compelling social media content and oversee agency partners for video and creative deliverables
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and ROI improvements

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably in employer branding or recruitment marketing
• Strong experience developing recruitment marketing campaigns with limited agency support
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (required)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
