Job Summary

Marketing Content Operations Director, a full-time position responsible for managing the governance, lifecycle, and operational use of marketing content and digital assets across enterprise content management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee content operations, including modular content practices and content governance strategy
  • Define processes for cross-team and cross-channel content distribution through management platforms
  • Drive modular content practices and manage multi-channel content orchestration for delivery to clients
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree at a minimum
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in content distribution strategy and digital asset management
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise-scale CMS and/or DAM platforms
  • Expertise in metadata strategy and improving content findability
  • Experience in program and project management, including prioritization and change management
