Job Summary
A company is seeking a full-time, remote Marketing Coordinator responsible for marketing communications, including email marketing, slide decks, and direct home mailers, as well as supporting and tracking marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and distribute weekly marketing collateral such as emails and newsletters
- Collect, create, and update content for marketing campaigns, managing approvals, timelines, and proofs with stakeholders
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and collaborate with carriers to gather and organize marketing content
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with online tools (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Smartsheet and Microsoft Office preferred)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- HTML skills are considered a plus
- Experience with voluntary or core employee benefits is a bonus
