Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support sales operations and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track daily and weekly sales activity and monitor follow-ups for completion
  • Identify high-demand and low-demand service areas and communicate findings to leadership
  • Prepare weekly reports outlining assigned tasks, trends, and required follow-up
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service, call center, sales support, or scheduling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working with data and reports
  • Previous work-from-home experience preferred
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week during business hours
  • Strong internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home office
