Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will support the Marketing organization by creating and maintaining internal structures for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the operating rhythms for the Marketing organization, including planning cycles and internal workflows
  • Coordinate internal Marketing programs and ensure alignment across various teams
  • Provide executive support through calendar management, expense tracking, and meeting preparation
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, program management, or executive support in tech or high-growth environments
  • Proven ability to support senior executives with strong organizational skills
  • Experience in building processes and operating rhythms in fast-paced teams
  • Familiarity with coordinating work across Marketing, Sales, and Finance functions
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure in operations
