Job Summary

Supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing activities, the part-time Coordinator, Marketing will manage timelines, workflows, and approvals for marketing materials while collaborating with various internal teams and external agencies in a hybrid work environment based in New York City or remotely on the East Coast.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels
  • Coordinate timelines, workflows, and approvals for marketing materials in partnership with stakeholders
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports and presentations for cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, life sciences, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, coordination, project management, or commercial operations, preferably in biotech or pharma
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience supporting agencies, vendors, events, or content approval workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management or CRM tools
