Job Summary
Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage a portfolio of clients and business partners remotely, delivering exceptional customer service while analyzing and marketing employee benefits programs, and preparing proposals and reports.
Key responsibilities
- Independently manage the workflow for the client life cycle, focusing on both new and renewal business
- Analyze and market employee benefits programs, particularly individual and aggregate stop-loss insurance
- Prepare experience and claims reports, renewal proposals, and presentation materials as needed
Required qualifications
- College degree or equivalent job experience
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience working with Employee Benefits Programs in a brokerage or equivalent setting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience managing confidential information (HIPAA)
- Project management experience is a plus
