Job Summary

Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage a portfolio of clients and business partners remotely, delivering exceptional customer service while analyzing and marketing employee benefits programs, and preparing proposals and reports.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently manage the workflow for the client life cycle, focusing on both new and renewal business
  • Analyze and market employee benefits programs, particularly individual and aggregate stop-loss insurance
  • Prepare experience and claims reports, renewal proposals, and presentation materials as needed
Required qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent job experience
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years' experience working with Employee Benefits Programs in a brokerage or equivalent setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience managing confidential information (HIPAA)
  • Project management experience is a plus
