Job Summary

Supporting the creation and delivery of marketing materials, the part-time contract Marketing Coordinator will manage production schedules, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate content for health plan solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the development and organization of educational marketing materials across print and digital channels
  • Coordinate production schedules and manage timelines while overseeing version control of materials
  • Partner with designers and external vendors to ensure timely production and distribution of marketing content
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in content development or marketing initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online production platforms, with Canva and Vyond experience preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines
