Job Summary
To support a growing marketing function, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize CRM workflows, and create content to enhance lead generation and brand visibility in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Create marketing collateral and support sales enablement initiatives aligned with customer needs
- Conduct HubSpot audits and track campaign performance to recommend improvements and identify new marketing opportunities
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or B2G environments
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management and campaign execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience marketing to government or public safety industries is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms
