Job Summary

To support a growing marketing function, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize CRM workflows, and create content to enhance lead generation and brand visibility in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Create marketing collateral and support sales enablement initiatives aligned with customer needs
  • Conduct HubSpot audits and track campaign performance to recommend improvements and identify new marketing opportunities
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or B2G environments
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management and campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience marketing to government or public safety industries is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms
