Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and execution-focused Marketing Coordinator, the full-time remote position will manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize CRM processes, and create marketing content to support demand generation in a B2B/B2G environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
- Create marketing collateral and support sales enablement initiatives aligned with customer needs
- Conduct HubSpot audits, track campaign performance, and recommend improvements to marketing strategies
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2G environments
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management and campaign execution
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as the primary marketing resource
- Experience in marketing to government or public safety industries is strongly preferred
