Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of clients and business partners, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will deliver exceptional customer service, analyze employee benefits programs, and assist with marketing efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Independently manage the client life cycle workflow and service a book of business
  • Analyze and market employee benefits programs, including stop-loss insurance
  • Prepare proposals, reports, and presentation materials while maintaining relationships with carriers and vendors
Required qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent job experience
  • 2 to 4 years of experience with Employee Benefits Programs in a brokerage or similar setting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience managing confidential information (HIPAA)
  • High level of personal initiative and commitment to ongoing professional education
