Job Summary

To support a growing marketing function, the full-time remote Marketing Coordinator will manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize CRM processes, and create content to enhance demand generation in a B2B/B2G environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Create marketing collateral and support sales enablement initiatives aligned with customer needs
  • Conduct HubSpot audits and optimize CRM data management and campaign performance
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or B2G environments
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including CRM management and campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently as the primary marketing resource
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
