Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time remote Marketing Coordinator will manage operational workflows for campaign programming and deliverables, track asset requests, coordinate IP/licensor approvals, and facilitate communication across internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the intake, tracking, and distribution of asset requests and promotional initiatives using Monday.com
- Oversee the IP/licensor approval process for creative assets, ensuring timelines and standards are met
- Coordinate feedback on campaign proposals and provide updates to stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a related role within the entertainment or marketing industry
- Experience with project management software, preferably Monday.com, and familiarity with licensor submission platforms
- Proficiency in Google Workspace platforms including Slides, Docs, and Sheets
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Prior experience working with IP licensors or managing approval workflows is a strong plus
