Job Summary

Detail-oriented and execution-focused, the temporary Marketing Coordinator will support the Omni Commerce and Integrated Marketing Communications teams by managing budget tracking, processing purchase orders, and coordinating cross-functional efforts remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day shopper marketing and IMC budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Process and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and Media Authorization Forms (MAFs) across U.S. and Canada marketing programs
  • Track media spend, agency fees, production costs, and other marketing investments to ensure accurate financial reporting
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, shopper marketing, sales operations, or marketing coordination
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and financial tracking
  • Experience working within SAP or similar enterprise financial systems
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort managing large budgets and detailed financial trackers
  • CPG, shopper marketing, retail, or omni-commerce experience preferred
