Job Summary
Detail-driven and results-oriented, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage digital asset organization and support marketing campaigns while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, organize, and optimize the firm's digital assets, ensuring proper metadata and branding consistency
- Support the creation and updating of marketing materials, including project sheets, brochures, and one-pagers
- Audit existing assets for quality control, correcting metadata errors and ensuring compliance with branding standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, data management, communications, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience, ideally in A/E/C marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with digital asset management programs (Canto and/or Bynder) is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in copy editing and proofreading
