Job Summary

Detail-driven and results-oriented, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage digital asset organization and support marketing campaigns while working remotely across the United States.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain, organize, and optimize the firm's digital assets, ensuring proper metadata and branding consistency
  • Support the creation and updating of marketing materials, including project sheets, brochures, and one-pagers
  • Audit existing assets for quality control, correcting metadata errors and ensuring compliance with branding standards
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data management, communications, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience, ideally in A/E/C marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with digital asset management programs (Canto and/or Bynder) is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency in copy editing and proofreading
