Job Summary

Proactive and execution-focused, the full-time remote Marketing Coordinator will build and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize CRM processes, and create content to support demand generation in a B2B/B2G environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and execute digital marketing campaigns through HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Google Ads
  • Create marketing collateral and support sales enablement initiatives aligned with market needs
  • Conduct HubSpot audits and optimize CRM data management and campaign performance
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or B2G environments
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience including CRM management and campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience marketing to government, public safety, or mission-critical industries is preferred
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and digital advertising platforms
