Job Summary

To support a growing national brand, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage campaign production workflows, oversee marketing operations, and ensure timely execution of market launches while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end production checklist for market launches, ensuring all components are delivered on schedule
  • Manage the production calendar and campaign outputs across multiple marketing channels, including social media and local sponsorships
  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot configurations and user journeys to support marketing initiatives effectively
Required qualifications
  • 1-4 years of experience in consumer marketing, particularly in marketing operations or campaign coordination
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and experience with lifecycle/CRM management
  • Background in B2C marketing within a startup or high-trust brand environment
  • Experience coordinating across agencies or channel teams
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation to enhance marketing productivity
