Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Marketing Coordinator will manage customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to create and execute marketing campaigns that align with brand standards and exceed client expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a solid understanding of all products and solutions managed by the Marketing Services Team
- Establish strong communication with the Client Success Consultant Team to meet client needs and requirements
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill contracts and resolve product-related issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience in marketing preferred
- 2+ years of customer experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel; HTML knowledge preferred
- Ability to deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
