Job Summary

Supporting the Community Engagement Manager, the part-time Marketing Coordinator will coordinate alumni engagement initiatives, manage communications with ambassadors, and assist with community outreach efforts in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate the Global Ambassador and Ambassador Abroad Programs, including training and communication
  • Support HSOB Sales Team by organizing alumni presentations and workshops
  • Develop and distribute engagement materials and newsletters for a broader alumni base and champions
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working with U.S. teens
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications for virtual events
  • Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite or Canva) and basic video editing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
