Job Summary
Supporting the Community Engagement Manager, the part-time Marketing Coordinator will coordinate alumni engagement initiatives, manage communications with ambassadors, and assist with community outreach efforts in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the Global Ambassador and Ambassador Abroad Programs, including training and communication
- Support HSOB Sales Team by organizing alumni presentations and workshops
- Develop and distribute engagement materials and newsletters for a broader alumni base and champions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business management, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience working with U.S. teens
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications for virtual events
- Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Suite or Canva) and basic video editing
- Strong project management and organizational skills
