Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting marketing initiatives and sales efforts, the full-time Commercial & Marketing Coordinator will manage marketing calendars, track sales data, and assist in the creation of marketing content while working remotely from Brazil.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain marketing calendars and oversee distribution of marketing and sales support documentation
• Track sales data and prepare reports using Salesforce and HubSpot
• Develop marketing content and support the organization of events and client engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or comparable work experience
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related fields
• Working knowledge of HubSpot and Salesforce; ZoomInfo experience is a plus
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
