Job Summary
A company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support marketing and advertising campaigns, assist with finance and admin operations, manage internal meetings, and work on ad hoc projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with marketing-related projects for the Global Marketing Services organization
- Manage day-to-day finance and admin operations, including opening POs and managing invoices
- Project management of internal meetings, including setting agendas and organizing content
- Work on ad hoc projects, such as creating ads, assisting with events and campaigns, and other assigned tasks
- Participate in global marketing projects to expand experience and reach
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, industry analysis, or relevant experience
- Proactive and positive personality with a willingness to learn and grow within the team
- Basic understanding of marketing/communications fundamentals
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Financial acumen and ability to work with budget information using Excel
