Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Counsel for a 6-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide regulatory counseling on legal issues related to marketing and communications
• Offer legal assistance and counsel on upcoming marketing campaigns and editorial materials
• Collaborate with legal team members on internal legal education and training materials

Required Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of attorney experience, including 2+ years working with marketing and customer-facing materials
• JD from law school and excellent academic credentials
• Member of the State Bar or in-house certified
• Experience counseling and collaborating with business stakeholders
• Preferred experience advising Fintech companies
