Job Summary

Leading the transformation of customer communications, the full-time Marketing CRM Lead will manage the migration of email and SMS communications into a centralized CRM platform while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experience and brand consistency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner of Root's Braze platform, overseeing architecture, configuration, and optimization
• Lead the strategic migration and consolidation of customer communications into Root's centralized CRM ecosystem
• Design and execute customer engagement programs across multiple channels, focusing on acquisition, retention, and re-engagement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale migrations of customer communications
• Demonstrated success in managing email sender reputation and deliverability performance
• Deep understanding of email authentication protocols and deliverability infrastructure
• Experience developing communication governance models across multiple business stakeholders
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle communications and operational messaging
