Job Summary
Bridging the gap between complex data sets and actionable marketing strategies, the full-time remote Marketing & Customer Data Analyst will own the analysis of the customer journey, manage omnichannel tracking, and develop customer segments to enhance marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end analysis of the customer journey, focusing on acquisition, retention, and reactivation
- Manage customer analysis and segmentation across multiple internal and external selling platforms
- Develop sophisticated customer segments based on behavioral data to drive targeted marketing strategies
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a data-heavy marketing, customer, or product analytics role
- Expertise in SQL for extracting insights from large-scale data warehouses
- Extensive experience with BI platforms and dashboard maintenance, with proficiency in Looker and LookML preferred
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts relevant to marketing
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
