Job Summary

Supporting social content performance tracking and insights development, the remote Marketing Data Analyst will manage dashboard creation, collaborate with teams on KPIs, and develop advanced queries for social listening.

Key responsibilities
  • Support content performance tracking, reporting, and insights development for social media channels
  • Design, build, and maintain social data dashboards to visualize key metrics
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure KPIs are integrated into reporting outputs
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in media planning, social media management, or digital marketing analytics/research
  • Proficiency with social analytics tools such as Sprinklr or native social platforms
  • Experience building interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft/Google productivity suites (Excel, Sheets, PowerPoint, Slides)
