Job Summary

Bridging the gap between complex data sets and actionable marketing strategies, the full-time remote Marketing and Customer Data Analyst will own the analysis of the customer journey, manage omnichannel tracking, and develop customer segments to enhance marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end analysis of customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation
  • Manage customer analysis and segmentation across multiple internal and external selling platforms
  • Design and automate dashboards to track marketing KPIs and experiment results
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in a data-heavy marketing, customer, or product analytics role
  • Expertise in SQL for extracting insights from large-scale data warehouses
  • Extensive experience with BI platforms and dashboard maintenance
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts relevant to marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
