Marketing Data Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the integrity of member data, the full-time remote Marketing Data Analyst will source, validate, and prepare member lists for communications, ensuring compliance with regulations and data quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of extracting and compiling member lists from various internal data sources
• Define and enforce data quality standards, building automated checks to identify anomalies before communications are sent
• Oversee handling of Protected Health Information (PHI), ensuring compliance with opt-out and eligibility requirements across all lists

Required qualifications

• 4 years of experience in data analytics, data operations, or a related field
• Experience with Protected Health Information (PHI) and knowledge of HIPAA requirements
• Strong SQL proficiency in Snowflake, capable of writing complex queries and transforming data
• Familiarity with data concepts such as suppression lists and eligibility logic
• Experience working within a shared data infrastructure and collaborating with Data Engineering or Analytics teams is preferred
