Job Summary
Focused on building and scaling trusted marketing performance insights, the full-time remote Manager, Marketing Data Analytics will manage the end-to-end development of marketing analytics solutions, including data modeling, dashboarding, and reporting to drive growth in a B2B healthcare SaaS environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the delivery of marketing analytics solutions, including requirements gathering, SQL development, and stakeholder rollout
- Develop and maintain scalable datasets and reporting tables in Snowflake to support campaign measurement and pipeline generation
- Build and manage Power BI dashboards using strong data modeling practices and standardize KPI definitions across departments
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics engineering roles
- Advanced SQL expertise, including building and optimizing datasets in Snowflake or similar platforms
- Strong experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard development
- Demonstrated experience improving data quality and consistency in complex data environments
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including fact and dimension tables
