Job Summary
To support internal operations, the part-time Marketing Data Coordinator will manage contact data for the CRM system, conduct web research to expand the database, and ensure data accuracy through validation and cleaning processes in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and determine the appropriateness of contact data for the CRM system
- Gather and enrich contact data using various online sources and tools
- Run data queries and generate reports to track and improve CRM data health
Required qualifications
- Familiarity with databases and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Experience with marketing automation systems, with HubSpot preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
- At least two years of relevant work experience is strongly preferred
- 2-year or 4-year degree is preferred
