Job Summary

To support the Customer Activation team, the full-time Manager, Marketing Data & Enablement will own marketing data readiness, ensuring trusted and usable data for impactful customer experiences while collaborating with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable data solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear data requirements for targeting, segmentation, and personalization
  • Lead data discovery for audience needs, identifying gaps and assessing data readiness across platforms
  • Establish and maintain data documentation and validation standards to ensure data quality and usability
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing enablement, data strategy, product, analytics, or program management
  • Proven ability to translate business or marketing strategies into data requirements and scalable solutions
  • Familiarity with marketing data platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms
  • Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders
