Job Summary
To support the Marketing Data Operations Team, the contract-based Marketing Data Operations Analyst will manage and enhance the marketing database's integrity, develop targeted audience segments, and collaborate with marketing teams to drive effective campaigns, all while working fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply best practices to uphold high standards of data quality for audience segmentation and analysis
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for data quality to maximize audience utilization
- Create and manage audience segmentation models to enhance targeting for marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technology or computer science-related subject preferred
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale B2C/B2B databases
- Strong knowledge of marketing data tools, CRM systems, and data analysis technologies
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
