Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time salaried Marketing Data Scientist will frame marketing problems into modeling challenges, develop attribution models, and design experiments to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Frame ambiguous marketing problems as modeling and measurement challenges, owning them end to end
- Develop attribution models to allocate marketing investments across channels and touchpoints accurately
- Design and execute experiments while building and applying segmentation models to uncover behavioral patterns
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's or PhD is a bonus
- 4 to 6 years of experience applying data science in a product, growth, or marketing context at a high-growth company
- Strong command of Python and analytical SQL
- Demonstrated experience building predictive models that influenced business decisions
- Hands-on experience with marketing measurement attribution and experiment design
