Marketing Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary

To support Loadsmart's entry into the Latin American market, the full-time independent contractor Marketing Demand Generation Manager will own the demand-generation strategy, generating qualified opportunities and localizing marketing efforts while collaborating with U.S. teams remotely from Mexico City.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end demand-generation strategy, executing against pipeline and growth targets
• Build and manage the full-funnel demand-gen engine, tracking performance and iterating based on data
• Produce and adapt marketing content, localizing materials from English to Portuguese for the Brazilian market

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in LATAM with a strong understanding of local buyer behavior
• Proven full-funnel demand-generation experience that is data- and results-driven
• Hands-on proficiency across SEO, Google Ads, paid social, events, and content localization
• Fluent English for collaboration with North America-based teams
• Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
