Job Summary
Driven and intellectually curious, the full-time Marketing Development Representative will manage inbound lead qualification, campaign follow-up, and event lead conversion while collaborating with sales teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to inbound demo requests and conduct discovery conversations to assess buyer intent and fit
- Execute personalized follow-up on Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Support pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up to convert event contacts into active opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, marketing, or customer-facing role
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Familiarity with lead qualification frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN) and B2B demand generation concepts
- Genuine curiosity about the technology industry and market trends
