• Engage prospects through various channels while adhering to SLA standards
• Document activities and insights in Salesforce to support data integrity and sales processes

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated critical thinking skills within a structured process
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inbound channels
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
• Experience or strong interest in education or edtech
• Experience with Salesforce or Salesloft is valued but not required
