Job Summary

A company is looking for a Marketing Director - High Speed Optical Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategy for U.S. and global markets
• Build brand positioning, product messaging, and competitive differentiation
• Lead integrated marketing initiatives including product launches, digital campaigns, events, PR, and content strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years of marketing experience within optical modules, optical transceivers, data center hardware, or telecom equipment
• Mandarin Chinese fluency preferred
• Proven ability to build a marketing function from scratch
• Strong understanding of high-speed optical communication technologies and market landscape
• Demonstrated success in product marketing and GTM strategy
