Job Summary
A company is looking for a Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand and content strategy focused on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion impact
- Oversee short-form video and user-generated content (UGC) production from concept to launch
- Manage channel strategy and budget allocation across paid social, organic, and retargeting efforts
Required Qualifications
- Experience building brand or content marketing from the ground up in a B2C environment
- Fluency in performance economics, including CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
- Proven experience in managing video-based creative production, including UGC
- Ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness based on total investment and profitability
- Experience managing agencies and contractors in a lean, remote-first setting
