Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand and content strategy focused on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and conversion impact
  • Oversee short-form video and user-generated content (UGC) production from concept to launch
  • Manage channel strategy and budget allocation across paid social, organic, and retargeting efforts


Required Qualifications
  • Experience building brand or content marketing from the ground up in a B2C environment
  • Fluency in performance economics, including CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Proven experience in managing video-based creative production, including UGC
  • Ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness based on total investment and profitability
  • Experience managing agencies and contractors in a lean, remote-first setting
