Job Summary

To lead a transformative marketing strategy, the full-time Associate Director of Marketing will manage demand generation, performance marketing, and brand positioning while overseeing a team and collaborating cross-functionally in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Run end-to-end performance marketing across various channels, optimizing for CAC and ROAS
  • Define and evolve brand positioning for distinct audiences, producing market-specific content and maintaining brand guidelines
  • Manage HubSpot operations, including workflows and lifecycle automation, while overseeing multi-touch attribution and loyalty programs
Required qualifications
  • 6-9 years of marketing experience with a proven track record of managing programs and delivering measurable results
  • Real management experience, including hiring, coaching, and providing feedback to direct reports
  • Proven expertise in performance marketing with a strong understanding of campaign metrics and outcomes
  • Fluency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and analytics platforms like GA4
  • Strong writing and editing skills, capable of producing high-quality marketing materials independently
