Job Summary

Driving the growth of an AI-native business, the full-time remote Marketing Director will own the go-to-market strategy, optimize acquisition funnels, and lead multi-channel campaigns to establish Serko.ai as a market leader.

Key responsibilities

• Define the category narrative and position the product for travelers and companies
• Optimize the full acquisition funnel and manage performance efficiency with a global performance agency
• Build multi-channel campaigns leveraging modern GenAI tools to enhance speed and personalization

Required qualifications

• Proven track record of scaling a business from 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 with measurable success in acquisition and retention
• Deep understanding of product-led growth models and experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate user behavior and performance metrics into actionable insights
• Familiarity with GenAI tools to drive efficiency and innovation in marketing
• Natural curiosity and a builder mentality, thriving in ambiguous environments
