Job Summary
Owning and driving the full marketing function, the full-time remote Director, Marketing will manage demand generation, brand positioning, product marketing, and revenue impact while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the demand generation engine across various channels, setting pipeline targets and reporting on marketing's revenue contribution
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging for diverse audiences, including fintech founders and bank executives
- Manage product launches and marketing strategies, ensuring effective communication and performance tracking post-launch
Required qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of B2B marketing experience, with 2 to 3 years in a leadership role managing full-funnel marketing
- Strong familiarity with the embedded finance or banking-as-a-service sectors
- Proven track record of achieving marketing pipeline and revenue goals through data-driven strategies
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to convey complex subjects to varied audiences
- Experience in leading cross-functional product launches with effective timeline and stakeholder management
