Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Marketing Director, the full-time remote role will lead and scale demand generation and deal support initiatives, collaborating closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to drive growth and optimize marketing strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own demand generation and pipeline impact by designing and executing programs for various deal motions
- Lead key marketing initiatives across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and content while mentoring the marketing team
- Develop and implement multi-channel programs to balance short-term pipeline needs with long-term growth investments
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue
- Direct experience collaborating with Sales leadership on account strategy and funnel health
- Hands-on expertise in demand generation, performance marketing, and budget ownership
- Understanding of various sales motions, including high-velocity pipeline generation and account-based marketing
- Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes and revenue impact
